At Little Teddy Bear Preschool, we nurture young minds in a warm, home-like environment where learning is joyful and discovery is lifelong. Our child-centric program blends Montessori principles with Multiple Intelligences, fostering cognitive and creative growth through experiential learning.

Our Leadership
Our institution is built upon a foundation of distinguished expertise, bringing together a leadership with a formidable range of abilities.
Mrs. Chandini Prem Kumari, Director of Academics, anchors our curriculum with over 20 years of excellence as a distinguished pedagogue for the foundational years. Overseeing operations is Mr. Jaidev Vandanam, Director of Administration, who brings a 35-year administrative legacy from a pinnacle leadership role within a Central Government Statutory Authority. Completing our leadership is our Correspondent, Mr. John Heyer, a Corporate Trainer and Communication Architect and premier language specialist within the dynamic ed-tech landscape. Joining this vision are Mrs. Shalini Vinolia and Mrs. Simritha Gordon, who leverage their vast experience in HR to enhance the school’s creative side, contributing fresh ideas and unique inputs that make our system truly wholesome.
